Instructions for use of clothing
- When purchasing clothing, choose the correct size and fit. Clothing that is too tight or too loose may deform prematurely, tear at seams, or cause discomfort during use.
- Clothing must be used according to its intended purpose and care label instructions. Casual, sports, outerwear, underwear and special-purpose garments should be used only under conditions appropriate for their design.
- Before use, always check the care label and follow the indicated washing, drying, ironing, bleaching and professional cleaning symbols.
- Wash garments separately for the first few washes, especially dark, bright-coloured, denim, wool, silk and printed items, as colour bleeding or slight fading may occur.
- Sort clothing by colour, fibre composition, degree of soiling and recommended washing temperature. Do not wash white, light-coloured and dark garments together.
- Close zippers, buttons, hooks and touch fasteners before washing. Turn garments with prints, embroidery, decorative elements, pile, sequins or delicate surfaces inside out.
- Use detergents suitable for the fibre composition and colour of the garment. Do not exceed the recommended detergent dosage. Do not use bleach unless the care label permits it.
- Do not soak garments for a long time unless allowed by the care label. Prolonged soaking may cause colour migration, deformation or damage to decorative elements.
- Dry clothing according to the care label. Do not dry garments on radiators, near open heat sources or in direct sunlight unless permitted, as this may cause shrinkage, fading or deformation.
- Iron garments only at the temperature indicated on the care label. Prints, coatings, reflective elements, embroidery and decorations should not be ironed directly.
- Natural fibres and some blended fabrics may shrink slightly after washing. This is not considered a defect if the garment has been cared for according to the label.
- Pilling may occur on knitted, wool, fleece and blended fabrics as a result of friction during wear. Remove pills carefully with a special fabric shaver or brush.
- Store clothing clean and dry in a ventilated place. Protect garments from moisture, direct sunlight, moths and contact with substances that may cause stains or discolouration.
COTTON CLOTHING
Cotton garments should be washed at the temperature indicated on the care label. White and colored items must be washed separately. Natural shrinkage and softening of the fabric structure may occur after the first washes. Garments should be dried flat or in a properly shaped form, avoiding overdrying. Ironing is recommended on the reverse side at the temperature corresponding to the care label.
LINEN CLOTHING
Linen garments should be washed gently, without overloading the washing machine. Linen has natural creasing, which is a characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect. It is recommended to dry garments flat or in a properly shaped form. Ironing is best done while slightly damp, on the reverse side, observing the temperature indicated on the care label.
WOOL AND CASHMERE CLOTHING
Wool and cashmere garments should be washed only if the corresponding symbol is present on the care label, using a special detergent for wool and a delicate cycle. Do not wring or stretch the garment. Dry horizontally on a towel, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Store folded, not on hangers, to prevent stretching.
SILK AND DELICATE FABRIC CLOTHING
Silk and delicate garments require especially careful care. If washing is not permitted, the garment should be taken to a professional cleaner. Do not use aggressive detergents, bleach, or prolonged soaking. Dry away from sunlight. Iron on the reverse side at a low temperature or through a thin cloth.
VISCOSE, MODAL AND LYOCELL CLOTHING
Garments made of viscose, modal and lyocell should be washed on a delicate cycle at the temperature indicated on the care label. When wet, these materials may be less durable, so they must not be wrung, rubbed strongly, or stretched. Drying in a properly shaped form is recommended. Slight shrinkage after washing may occur.
POLYESTER, POLYAMIDE, ACRYLIC AND OTHER SYNTHETIC FABRIC CLOTHING
Synthetic garments should be washed at low temperatures, avoiding overheating during washing, drying and ironing. Do not dry near heat sources. Do not iron at high temperatures, as the material may deform, melt, or lose its appearance. For microfiber and sports fabric garments, the use of fabric softener is not recommended if prohibited by the care label.
KNITWEAR
Knitwear should be washed and dried with particular care to avoid stretching. It is recommended to turn the garment inside out, use a delicate cycle and low spin speed. Dry horizontally or in a properly shaped form according to the care label. Do not store heavy knitwear on hangers.
DENIM CLOTHING
Denim garments should be washed separately or with similar colors, turned inside out. Natural fading, scuffing and dye transfer onto light-colored surfaces, underwear, footwear or furniture may occur. Prolonged soaking is not recommended. Dry away from direct sunlight to avoid uneven fading.
OUTERWEAR, DOWN AND QUILTED GARMENTS
Outerwear must be cleaned and washed strictly in accordance with the care label. Down and quilted garments require even drying and complete drying of the filling. When machine washing, only the cycle and temperature permitted by the care label may be used. After washing, the filling must be gently redistributed. The garment must not be stored damp or heavily compressed for a long period.
CLOTHING WITH MEMBRANE, WATER-REPELLENT FINISH AND TECHNICAL FABRICS
Garments with a membrane or water-repellent finish should be washed with special products for technical clothing, if provided for by the care label. Do not use regular detergents, bleach, fabric softeners or aggressive stain removers if they are prohibited by the care label. Water-repellent properties may decrease during use and require periodic restoration with special products.
CLOTHING MADE OF NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL LEATHER, SUEDE AND FUR
Garments made of natural and artificial leather, suede and fur should be cleaned only by the methods indicated on the care label. Do not wash, soak, or dry near heat sources unless permitted by the manufacturer. Professional cleaning is recommended for difficult stains. Differences in shade, texture and pile may occur and are characteristic of natural materials.
CLOTHING WITH PRINTS, EMBROIDERY, RHINESTONES, SEQUINS AND DECORATIVE ELEMENTS
Garments with decorative elements should be washed inside out, in a laundry bag and on a delicate cycle, if washing is permitted. Do not rub, wring, or iron decorative elements directly. Peeling, dulling, or damage to decorative elements may occur due to improper care, friction, overheating, or exposure to chemical substances.
THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Mechanical damage, cuts, burns, snags, tears and deformation occurring during use;
- Scratches, abrasions, pilling, wear of fabric or accessories resulting from natural wear and friction;
- Incorrect choice of size, style, fit, length or garment cut;
- Subjective feelings of convenience, warmth, comfort or fit characteristics during wear;
- Defects caused by failure to follow care symbols, improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, dry cleaning or storage;
- Color change, color bleeding, shrinkage, stretching or deformation resulting from failure to follow care recommendations;
- Damage to prints, coatings, membranes, finishes, embroidery, rhinestones, sequins, snaps, zippers, buttons and other accessories caused by improper care or mechanical impact;
- Damage caused by exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, deodorants, sweat, oils, solvents, detergents, stain removers and other chemical substances;
- Independent repair, alteration of the garment construction, tailoring to fit, or intervention by third parties;
- Damage resulting from washing if washing was prohibited by the care label or carried out in violation of the specified conditions.
